Hello from St. Peter's Square, Vatican!

Blessings to you!

W E L C O M E

It is a privilege to greet you today!

"His mercy endures forever. Alleluia."
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his mercy endures forever!

What a blessing to be of service to the Lord
and the Church community.
The Scripture verse above sums up
how it is to be a deacon.
In the Gospel reading below:
"It is Him who chose us Deacons."

Matthew 12:14-21

"The Pharisees went out and took counsel against Jesus to put him to death. When Jesus realized this, he withdrew from that place. Many people followed him, and he cured them all, but he warned them not to make him known. This was to fulfill what had been spoken through Isaiah the prophet:

Behold, my servant whom I have chosen,
my beloved in whom I delight;
I shall place my Spirit upon him,
and he will proclaim justice to the Gentiles.
He will not contend or cry out,
nor will anyone hear his voice in the streets.
A bruised reed he will not break,
a smoldering wick he will not quench,
until he brings justice to victory.
And in his name the Gentiles will hope."

Thank you for your faithful commitment to the Lord. May our united efforts inspire people, young and old alike, to see Jesus in our midst and to go to Him in prayer for strength through the JOURNEY, till one day...the time only our Creator knows....when we will see the FATHER face to face in all His Glory...now and forever, Amen.

"Let's go forth to share and let Jesus be known and loved and praised to the ends of the earth!"
